ABOUT THE CLIENT

KDL Enterprises is a woman and family-owned building materials company in the Pacific Northwest that manufactures railing systems and skylights. Their unique approach provides a personal, tailored, custom experience which results in beautiful and intentional final products. President of KDL Krista had a vision to streamline and elevate all systems and operations– including marketing. Creating a refined visual brand for KDL and their family of products was the next big step forward in giving the company even more confidence in their season of growth.

INSPO BEHIND THE DESIGN

The vision for KDL was a handcrafted, vintage, outdoorsy yet polished vibe that speaks to KDL’s longevity as a family-owned building materials company in the Pacific Northwest.

From the colors and explorer-themed illustrations, to the carefully curated textures, each visual element highlights their focus on creating safe and inspiring environments with a pristine client experience.

A CLOSER LOOK

KDL’s family of products are what customers typically see first, primarily, Western ClearView Railing Systems and Western Skylights, which needed their own distinctive logo suites.

The classic vintage script typeface makes them stand on their own, while selecting specific colors from the palette for each product keeps the designs visually connected to the company brand.
